Our client, a business consulting firm is looking for a proactive Account Manager to fully take over as a liaison between the customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the long-term success of the business.
The ideal candidate must be reliable in making sure all the functions in the company are implemented the right way including handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, implementing and overseeing processes and improving the overall customer experience.
Act as the first point of contact with existing clients, answer their queries, build long-lasting mutual relationships, and increase client satisfaction
Assist possible requests, concerns, and inquiries of clients to properly manage their expectations and follow through on commitments to assure satisfaction
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis by understanding their needs
Communicate the company’s services in a detailed and clear manner to maximize client satisfaction and opportunities for sales
Collaborate with various departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints
3+ years of work experience as an Account Manager
Ability to build rapport, develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, and connect with key business executives to deliver an excellent customer experience
Resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients to focus on improving company success
Proven ability to handle multiple account management and is self-motivated, business-minded, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, and impeccable attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required with a high degree of initiative and flexibility to successfully accommodate and adhere to deadlines.
