Support client and family throughout ABA journey: initial outreach, intake, assessment, treatment
– Serve as primary point of contact between families, clinicians, community, candidates, and HQ;
– Handle critical administrative duties; assist in improvement of office processes and policies;
– Collaborate effectively with location leadership to uphold the company’s positive work culture, consistently demonstrating ability to be courteous, analytical, proactive, and organized;
– Recruit, interview, intake, onboard qualified Providers;
– Support clients and providers; facilitating interdepartmental communications, ensuring a clear understanding of the client intake process;
– Provide ongoing support for Providers, ensuring full utilization of authorized hours, accurate data entry, and data reporting;
– Assist with special projects as directed
