Job Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview and evaluate employees applicants for open cases needing staffing
Post, monitor, and conduct ongoing reviews on multiple job posting platforms
Interact with therapists and families to successfully staff cases assigned.
Overall case management of clients participating in The Program.
Customer service calls to clients and feedback submitted to the team.
Maintain staff records and adhering to company guidelines regarding client confidentiality.
Check inter-office communications i.e. emails, voicemails, throughout the day and respond in a timely manner
Outreach to staff who have failed to comply with mandatory appointments and other program requirements.
Ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities through good time management and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and works with administration to implement improvement processes
Collect and maintain data on key performance indicators on a monthly basis
Maintain daily call log and detailed notes on staffing sheet
Attend meetings and/or trainings as assigned.
Attend various job fairs throughout the year
Qualifications:
Bachelor’ Degree in psychology, social work or related human/social services field, preferred
Autism insurance program policy experience, preferred
1- 2 Years case management and staffing experience, preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented person who can multi task and prioritize
Strong computer skills (Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)
Excellent writing, communication and administrative skills
Customer service oriented
Demonstrated people skills
