Position:
1. We are a real estate investment firm that specializes in the purchases of Multifamily, mixed-use, and Shopping Centers.
2. You will originate multifamily acquisition opportunities and present the leads to us.
3. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for finding properties.
4. If you are new to the business you will make money while you learn the business of Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate Investing.
5. Learn the secrets behind Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate Investing. We train you in this lucrative field!

If you are new OR want to learn more we will help you with the following below:
1. How to find deals/leads
2. How to analyze, and underwrite the transactions and show you what we look for in a property
3. How we do our due diligence inspections on a property
4. How we create offering memorandums for properties for sale
5. How we create cash flow models
6. How we do our market research
(If you do not know how to do this we will teach you!)
